Fatal Flaw in Compass/Map Orientation & Map Needs Radar

I believe there is a fatal in the apps design. Holding the device correctly in an upright position (as opposed to flat/looking down at it), the north arrow points north, but spin the device, the screen flips to upright, and the north arrow is pointing south. If you lock the device orientation manually, so the screen wont self orientate then you can orient the north arrow to the north pointing map.

Laying the device flat, and rotating/spinning it does not create the north arrow problem.

Also, the mapping function needs to show radar if this is truly to be a weather app.
